2025-26 Kindergarten Registration

Welcome to Carnation Elementary!

We have setup a 3-step process below. The first form gathers the essential information needed to get started. The second form is a placement questionnaire to help create well-balanced classrooms. Upon completion of the forms you will receive a private secure link to complete the last step of uploading necessary documentation.

If you need any assistance along the way you can stop by the school, email ceregistration@rsd407.org, or call 425.844.4550
