Conference Scheduling Information

Dear Carnation Families,

It’s time to schedule your parent–teacher conference! Conferences will be held on Thursday, November 19, and Friday, November 20, and we look forward to meeting with each family. These conferences are an important opportunity to celebrate your child’s progress, discuss goals, and strengthen the partnership between home and school.

Conference scheduling is now open and can be completed electronically using this Bookings link: https://bookings.cloud.microsoft/book/CarnationElementary@rsd407.org/?ismsaljsauthenabled

Once you open the link:

  1. Hover over the text based on your child’s grade level — Preschool, Kindergarten, or 1st–5th Grades. Click and the box will turn orange. (Do not click on the gray information circle)

  2. Use the dropdown menu to select your child’s teacher.

  3. Select either November 19 or November 20 on the calendar and then choose from the available times.

If you need assistance scheduling, please reach out to your child’s teacher or contact the main office (425-844-4550) for support. Families with more than one student at Carnation will need to complete this process separately for each child.

Additional Details:

  • Preschool and Kindergarten conferences are scheduled for 30 minutes.

  • Grades 1–5 conferences are scheduled for 20 minutes.

  • Thursday, November 19 is a half day for students, with evening conference times available. Students are dismissed at 12:45.

  • Friday, November 20 is a non-school day, with conferences scheduled throughout the day.

In partnership,

 Steve Lesco, Principal
