Principal Update 5.26.26

Dear Carnation Families,

I hope everyone enjoyed the extended Memorial Day weekend! We are now down to our final 3½ weeks of school, and it is hard to believe how quickly the year has gone by.

At this time, most students have completed the Smarter Balanced Assessments and their i-Ready diagnostics. I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible hard work, perseverance, and dedication our students have shown throughout the testing season and across the school year.

As we look ahead to these final weeks, there is a lot to celebrate and many exciting activities still to come. The end of the year is always a busy time filled with continued learning, special events, performances, and opportunities to celebrate student growth and accomplishments.

Please continue to encourage and support your child as we work to finish the school year strong. Be sure to read carefully below for important upcoming information and end-of-year reminders.
